Save All Your Files on a CD-ROM

This method is the most complicated one to send your files to us. It has the most potential risk of problems and should only be considered if you have not been able to use our “Point, Click, Print” driver or to create a PDF file of your Yearbook document. We only support Quark XPress, InDesign, and Publisher with this method.

Files to Collect

Before burning a CD-ROM, make sure that you collected all the files that were used to create your Yearbook:

• The original yearbook file(s) created with your desktop publishing software
• All pictures and graphics that have been placed in your pages
• Be sure to include a fonts folder with all of the screen and printer fonts used in your creative file.

QuarkXpress, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Publisher, all have an option to collect these files automatically. Please refer to your user manual to learn how.
